(1) Mix the Apollo Rapid Set.  (2) Apply the Apollo Rapid Set to the clean dry concrete.    (3) Finish the Apollo Rapid Set with a steel floating trowel.  (4)  The Apollo Rapid Set was installed to a freezer threshold running at minus 28, and ready for use within 30 minutes.
